To all our Colleagues and valued clients;
Following the announcement by our President Cyril Ramaphosa of a 21-day lockdown we hereby advises as follows:
- All Criminal Courts will maintain only skeleton staff and Civil Courts will be closed except for urgent matters which we shall attend to as the need arises;
- We will still be open and able to assist clients with urgent matters including: domestic violence, urgent matters involving children ,maintenance matters and bail applications as per the regulations;
- Although the services we render fall under essential services as promulgated by the Regulations our physical office is closed and we shall be working remotely;
- We shall advise all clients of their next court dates and no court appearances shall be required, this will happen on a day to day basis.
- We further confirm acceptance of all court processes on the above e-mail address.
We will endeavour to ensure as little further disruption as possible during this lockdown.
